CEDAR works with both organizations and communities. As on 2009 we work with 24 NGOs intensely through capacity building/consultancy and with another 40 NGOs through networks addressing issues of Children and Persons with Disability.

At field level we work among rural women in 75 villages and among rural children in 164 villages. The constituency of CEDAR is well spread over the entire southern Tamilnadu
