Publication of fourth edition of Thiran Children Magazine. The Children Editorial Board have already met and finalised the contents.

CEDAR Women Federation would be launched in Ettayapuram and Kovilpatti. The first Executive Committee of the Federation would also be elected during the inauguration.

Children all 164 children collectives would celebrate their Annual Cultural/ Sports Event for at Kovilpatti on 31 December 2009, and at Sivakasi and Melaneelithanallur on 28 December 2009.
